Refunds for Services

We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and a relaxing salon experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Exceptions

Service Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your service and let us know within 7 days of your appointment, we will be happy to discuss options for correcting the issue at no additional charge. This may include a complimentary service adjustment by the original stylist or a service voucher towards a future service.
Cancellation by Salon: In the rare case that we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment.

Products

All Sales Final

1. No Return: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any products sold at our salon. All sales are final. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

2. No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products unless the product received is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any products purchased at our salon. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement of the damaged item.
