CutnUp Hair Salon ("Salon") provides hair care services ("Services") to clients ("you" or "your"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not book an appointment or use our services.
Terms & Conditions
Appointments: Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. You can book online or by calling us at 313-444-2614. Only appointments confirmed with a credit card will be honored.

Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the final service cost.

Pricing: Prices listed online or quoted over the phone are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the service. The final price will be determined by the stylist during your consultation.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Gift Certificates: CutnUp gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They can be used towards any service or product offered by the salon.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price and are left to the client's discretion.

Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel and 24 hours to reschedule your appointment without a fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file or deducted from any gift certificate used for booking.

Service Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to discuss options for correcting the issue at no additional charge, based on the stylist's professional assessment.

Lost & Found: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left at the salon.
